How it works

How a freelance order aggregator works

Klondo collects orders from marketplaces and Telegram into one feed, sifts the noise with your thresholds, gives every order that is left an assay with reasons and drafts the reply. Below are six steps from the feed to payment, the same as the film on the home page, but as plain text.

Step 1. One feed instead of ten tabs

A freelancer's orders live in many places: Kwork, FL.ru, Freelance.ru, Weblancer, Habr Career, public Telegram channels and chats, notification mail from marketplaces. Klondo polls the sources you switched on, and it does so politely: paced, no more often than once in 10 minutes, no captcha bypass, the way any visitor sees the feed.

Every order is brought to one shape: title, text, budget, source, age. Wherever it came from, it looks the same and sits in one list on your computer. Klondo is not a marketplace: it is the link between the marketplaces and you. Keys and sessions sit in the system keychain, not in the database or the logs.

Step 2. The noise good orders drown in

With many sources the feed grows faster than you can read. Most of it is not yours: orders for 300 roubles, term papers, group promotion, the same order from five chats at once. While you sort that by hand, the right order has already gone to whoever replied first.

In the example on the home page the feed shows 247 new orders, and six of them fit. It is an illustration, not statistics: every freelancer's numbers differ with the profession and the number of sources.

Step 3. Four thresholds

A threshold is a rule that throws an order out without reading it. Klondo applies them one after another, and each takes out its share of the stream.

You set the thresholds. For eight professions the guides have ready starter sets of words, and a rule can also be written as a plain sentence. What did not fit, and why, is visible in the app's report, and any threshold can be loosened if it cuts too much.

  • budget below your rate
  • an order older than a day
  • a duplicate from another chat or marketplace
  • work that is not your profile: by words, blocklist or a rule in your own words

Step 4. The assay: a score with reasons

Klondo AI reads the orders that are left and gives each an assay from zero to a hundred. It is not a single number: next to it are the reasons line by line, what is good about the order, what is worrying, what it is worth by estimate and how long it takes. An order with an assay of 80 or more counts as gold and is marked in the feed.

The assay suggests, it does not decide. A cheap or free model scores the stream, a strong one writes replies and briefs. You can plug in your own Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter or Anthropic key, or a local model in Ollama. The text of an order goes only to the AI provider you chose.

Step 5. The draft and the reply

For an order with a high assay Klondo prepares a reply draft: timeline, price, similar work and a question for the client. You read it, edit it and press “Copy and open”: the text goes to the clipboard and the order opens on the marketplace, where you reply yourself from your own account.

The modes are: draft, confirm, and an autopilot with confirmation in Gold. Auto-send is off by default and every outgoing message is written to a log. When the client answers, the order becomes a project: a brief, tasks and a project folder for Claude Code, Cursor or Codex appear.

Step 6. Price and download

The free plan stays, with limits: Kwork, two public Telegram channels, the shared feed with a delay and 30 Klondo AI requests a day. Pro at 490 ₽ a month or 3 900 ₽ a year opens every marketplace and Telegram chats through your own account. Gold at 990 ₽ a month or 7 900 ₽ a year adds feed priority, bot alerts and an autopilot with confirmation.

There is no auto-renewal: you extend it yourself. The beta is on, and Pro features are open to everyone. The app runs on Windows 10, 11 and Linux, and your orders, rules and keys stay on your computer.

Try it on your own orders

Installing takes a couple of minutes, and the free beta build is enough to see your own feed without the noise. If you still have questions, they are answered on separate pages. And if you would rather just read first, the guides explain where to find orders and how to reply faster.
